Every range hood comes with a 3-year parts warranty so that you can feel secure in your purchase. All others appliances come with a standard 1-year parts warranty.

Range Hoods

How do I determine the best range hood for my kitchen?

1. Determine which mounting style will fit your kitchen: wall mount, island mount or under cabinet.

2. Measure the width of the space in your kitchen where you plan to install the range hood to choose the correct size. Standard widths are 30”, 36”, and 48”.

3. Measure the height of your ceiling to determine if you need extra chimney for installation.

What is C.F.M.?

Cubic Feet per Minute. The higher the number, the better the ventilation and airflow.

What is our warranty and return policy on range hoods?

Range hoods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and come with a 3-year parts warranty.

What is the difference between wall mount, island mount and under cabinet range hoods?

  • Wall mount: installed directly onto the wall and reaches up to the ceiling.
  • Island mount: installed hanging over a kitchen island and directly into the ceiling.
  • Under Cabinet: installed under a kitchen cabinet.

What is a ventless or ductless range hood?

For kitchens that do not have ventilation, these re-circulate the air inside the kitchen by using a carbon filter.

Shower Panels

How do I install a shower panel?

1.  Install the wall bracket included with the shower panel onto your shower wall. This is where you will hang the panel.

2.  Hook up the hot and cold water hose on the shower panel with the existing hot and cold pipelines on your shower wall.

3.  Mount the shower panel onto the wall bracket.

What is the difference between thermostatic and pressure valve control?

Pressure-Balancing Valves
Pressure-balancing valves are an all-in-one solution that let you turn the shower on and off while controlling the water temperature. Typically used with a showerhead or hand shower and bath spout, pressure-balancing valves are a great solution for a shower used by children or guests. Improve your experience with a transfer valve and run up to three components.

Thermostatic Valves
Perfect for elaborate, customized showers, manual thermostatic valves let you set the temperature once and never have to adjust it again. They give you complete control of your shower using separate volume control valves to adjust the flow of each water delivery component – showerheads, hand showers, body sprays – individually.

Does LED temperature require a battery?

It depends on the model. Some require it while others do not. You can find out if the model you plan to purchase requires a battery by viewing the product specifications listed with the photo.

Does the LED shower head require a battery?

No, it does not.

Kitchen Sinks & Faucets

How do I select a kitchen sink for my kitchen?

1. Measure your current kitchen sink or where you plan to install the new sink to determine which type will fit – top mount, undercount or apron.

2. Check the product specifications listed for sizes to see which options will fit.

3. Consider what you plan to use it for most often to determine the depth you’ll need, and if single or double-sided will better suit your needs.

All sinks are made from durable T304 16-22 gauge stainless steel. All faucets are chrome.

All of our electric fireplaces are made from stainless steel & tempered glass for safety.

How do I install an electric fireplace?

One of the great features of electric fireplaces is the ease of installation. Simply place, hang with screws, or insert into desired area. Then plug into a standard 120v outlet.
